Without doubt the most luxurious accommodation for Lake Manyara and the location, deep within the park, ensures exclusivity on game drives – few day visitors to the park make their way to the area. The main lodge is naturally beautiful, made chiefly from wood with a large decked area that leads out to a forest boma (outside dining area). This is the perfect setting for a candlelit dinner under the stars with a fire to keep you warm in the cool evening air. Look up, the stars in the African sky at night are beyond stunning. There is also a delightful swimming pool as well as a spa suspended above the forest floor.

The ten rooms, or treehouse suites, are exceptional, all set amongst ancient mahogany trees and crafted from local timber and makuti palm fronds, they really blend into the forest, take a look on google satellite view, we will be very impressed if you can spot the lodge! Each treehouse suite is huge with an extensive deck and elegant bathroom with freestanding baths and outdoor shower. This does come at a price, at peak times almost £1000.00 per person per night but if you want to push the boat out and enjoy some opulence there are few better places for it.
