Located between Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Park, on a private concession, this is a great option for exploring both parks. This luxurious eco-lodge offers high standards of accommodation and service while remaining conscious of the surrounding environment. Don’t think for a moment that the eco element of the lodge means compromises, far from it, the main lodge includes a delightful lounge, raised viewing deck and beautiful swimming pool area, there is even a gym and spa! Pre-dinner drinks are enjoyed around the fire pit where you can share the tales of the days adventures and perhaps continue enjoying the wildlife in the background.

The eight tented suites are reached by raised wooden walkways with around eighty meters between them, ensuring privacy and exclusivity. These luxurious suites, beautifully furnished with natural textures, come with en-suite bathrooms with indoor bath, and private outdoor shower as well as a veranda with lounge furniture. Overall, we love it! The location can be both a positive and negative but in our opinion the positives outweigh the negatives and feedback is superb, of course the luxury does come at a cost and this doesn’t suit many budgets but this is worth the extra if you can.
