An excellent location on a promontory in the river bank, the camp combines Makuti palm roofs, local stone and farmed hard woods to create a beautiful and comfortable accommodation from which to enjoy Nyere National Park. The shaded swimming pool is a great way to cool off between safari activities. The main part of the camp is very impressive, a two-storey thatched building with a lounge area upstairs that gives superb views of the river with a dining area and bar downstairs.

The 11 standard tents are comfortable and pleasantly furnished, and are all pitched underneath thatched roofs with massive verandas giving views up and down the river. Each tent has an en suite bathroom, with flush toilets and solar heated water for showering. There are also 3 suites with multiple bedrooms and private plunge pools, perfect for families or small groups. The camp is situated close to the park gate and so the immediate area can get busy; location aside, however, it is one of the more lower cost accommodation options inside the Park and is a friendly and comfortable place to stay.
