The newest addition to the area, Entamanu is in the most exquisite location, far away from anyone and anything else. The camp is one of only a handful of offerings for the area that affords spectacular views into the Ngorongoro crater and also into the Serengeti and Gol Mountains in the distance. As far as the main camp there is everything that you need, a lounge and dining area within a central mess tent, but not much more, the camp is designed to be deconstructed and taken away with a leave no trace foot print.
Food and service are first class and the staff are just superb, they cannot do enough for you and it feels like it is because they want to and not because it is their job, a genuine happiness and pride to be part of your experience. The six tents are also fantastic, huge, you will be forgiven for forgetting you are in a tent. These are positioned on raised decking with private en-suite facilities including a flushing toilette, shower and double basin as well as charging points. Activities include game drives in the Ngorongoro crater as well as guided walks and interactions with the local Maasai. In summary, this new offering is superb and we absolutely love it already, well worth every penny!
