Setting new standards of luxury for a Serengeti tented safari experience, this is an excellent choice for those that want the experience and adventure of canvas sides to their rooms but without the potential downsides of sacrificing some home comforts. The camp is in a great spot in the central area of the Serengeti, which works very well for the great migration at various points through the year, but the resident wildlife is also superb, a renowned area for big cats. The two main mess tents house the large lounge and separate dining area which overlook the panoramic views of the plains, there is always something to see or listen to.

Sundowner drinks are served by the campfire and lighting is provided by lantern with nature and wildlife surrounding you, can it get any better? Yes, yes it can. The six en-suite safari tents are leading the way in luxury for the Serengeti with large beds, sumptuous linen, Persian carpets, vanity with double basins, flush toilettes, rain showers and charging points within the tent as well as a spacious veranda – this is camping but not as we know it! We love this reasonably new addition and are very happy to highly recommend it, the only potential downside would be the central area of the Serengeti can see a reasonable amount of traffic. This is because it is so good for wildlife viewing so a fair trade and sure not to disappoint.
