The first of its kind and copied by many, this Nomad safari camp has a key purpose – to be in the thick of the great migration. The camp moves several times throughout the year to be in the best possible location to enjoy the gatherings and movements of millions of plains wildlife and the ever-present danger of the predators that follow. The camp is small, intimate and simple with a main mess tent with a lovely lounge and then a separate mess tent for dining. The campfire is lit in the evening with guests gathering around to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and snacks, a great spot for some star gazing and sharing the adventures of the day.

The six tents are large and comfortable with either twin or double beds and all are en-suite with an eco-flushing toilette, safari style bucket showers (hot water always available on request) and wash basin with running water. One of the areas that Nomad excels is the standard of guiding which is widely recognised as being the best in Tanzania with a standard of excellence that many try and emulate.
